시비엥토크쥐스키에 산맥

[아츠앤컬쳐] 시비엥토크쥐스키에산맥은 시비엥토크쥐스키에주의 관광 중심지로, 많은 폴란드 사람들이 하이킹이나 수학여행을 위해 방문하는 장소다. 이 지역의 이름은 위사 구라에 위치한 베네딕토회수도원에 오늘날까지 보관되어 있는 성십자 나무에서 유래한다.

시비엥토크쥐스키에산맥은 유럽에서 가장 오래된 산맥 중 하나이며, 최고봉인 위시차는 해발 614m에 달하기 때문에 경험이 적은 등산객이나 어린이, 노인들은 오르기 힘든 곳이다. 이곳은 지질학자나 지질학을 사랑하는 관광객들이 자주 찾는데, 그 이유는 비교적 작은 이 지역에서 발견되는 암석과 광물들이 캄브리아기의 지질학적 역사를 보존하고 있기 때문이다.

위시차의 기슭에는 시비엥타 카타지나 관광 마을이 있는데, 알렉산데르 야노프스키가 1910년에 시비엥토크쥐스키에산맥에 최초의 산악 쉼터를 세운 곳이기도 하다. 시비엥타 카타지나는 보젠틴, 노바 스우피아, 비엘리니 마을처럼, 위소구리산맥으로 여행하기 좋은 훌륭한 출발지다.

이 마을을 방문할 계획이라면 베르나딘 수도원과 성 캐서린 성당, 제롬스키의 예배당, 성 프란치스코와 광물 및 화석 갤러리를 함께 관광하길 추천한다. 마을 근처에는 크라이노놀이공원 및 미니어처 공원, 치에코티 지역의 스테판 제롬스키 영주의 저택 - 글래스 하우스 교육 센터와 같은 다른 명소도 있다.

후타 슈클라나에는 몇 세기 전으로 돌아간 듯한 느낌이 들게 하는, 중세 정착지를 재현해 놓은 관광지가 있다. 이곳은 다양한 볼거리가 있어 방문하는 모든 이들을 만족시키는데, 예를 들어 직조, 약초 재배, 요리, 도자기, 대장간, 신발 만들기, 제지, 실링 왁스, 중세시대 무용이나 캘리그라피 워크샵 등이 마련되어 있다. 더불어 필드 게임이나 애니메이션도 체험할 수 있다. 이 근처에 ‘맛있는 음식을 만드는 집’이라는 여관이 있는데, 이곳에서 지역 스프와 딸기를 곁들인 별미를 맛볼 수 있다.

Świętokrzyskie Mountains

The tourism centre of the region is the Świętokrzyskie Mountains – a place associated by many people with hiking trips and school excursions. The name of the area was taken from the Tree of the Holy Cross – the relics that have been kept in the former Benedictine monastery on Łysa Góra until today.

The Świętokrzyskie Mountains are some of the oldest mountains in Europe. They reach 614 metres above sea level at their highest point, so even climbing the highest peak – Łysica – should not be difficult for less experienced hikers, as well as children and seniors. This place often attracts geologists and lovers of geotourism due to rocks and minerals occurring here within a relatively small area that reflect the geological history of the Earth from the Cambrian Period.

Święta Katarzyna was here that Aleksander Janowski established the first mountain shelter in the Świętokrzyskie Mountains in 1910. It is a tourist village at the foot of Łysica that serves as a great starting point for a trip into the Łysogóry mountain range along with other nearby villages: Bodzentyn, Nowa Słupia and Bieliny.

If you plan to visit Święta Katarzyna, we recommend seeing the Bernardine monastery and St. Catherine’s Church, the chapel of Żeromski as well as the spring and chapel of St Francis and the Gallery of Minerals and Fossils. Near the village, there are also other attractions: the Entertainment and Miniature Park in Krajno and the Glass House Educational Centre – Stefan Żeromski’s Manor House in Ciekoty.

In Huta Szklana there is a settlement in which time goes a few centuries back. The offer is so rich that everyone will find something for themselves: weaving, herbiculture, cooking, pottery, smithing, shoe making, papermaking, paper sealing, medieval dance and calligraphy workshops. It is also possible to take part in a settlement field game, as well as animations. Near the Settlement there is the Inn – the House of Good Taste, where you can discover the flavour of the regional soup and delicacies with strawberries.
