에제 카페테레로 가는 방법은 두 가지가 있다. 하나는 비행기를 이용하는 것이고, 다른 방법으로는 버스가 있다. 비행기로 보고타, 메데진, 카르타헤나에서 에제 카페테로의 주요 도시인 마니살레스, 페레이라, 아르메니아로 갈 수 있는데, 직항이며 한 시간 정도 걸린다. 버스를 이용하면 보고타, 메데진, 카르타헤나에서 출발하여 평균 4~9시간이 소요된다.

Eje Cafetero is the coffee paradise, is where you can sample the world's most delicious cup of coffee and experience every single step involved. It is a geographic, cultural, economic, and ecological region in Colombia, composed of 3 departments: Caldas, Risaralda y Quindio. While traveling along this Colombian coffee “district”, you can relax while enjoying the beautiful natural scenery, as it is also called Paisaje Natural Cafetero (Natural Coffee Landscape). At Eje Cafetero, visitors can experience everything about coffee. From villages like Salento to plantations and thematic parks like the Coffee Park, it is the maximum coffee experience in Colombia.

Visitors can learn about coffee beans, choose their coffee cherries, and inhale their delicious aroma. The country’s growers like to pamper their visitors with a variety of types of coffee to try and enjoy explaining the different textures, origins, aromas, and finishes.

Visiting Eje Cafetero's coffee farm and understanding how farmers utilize the experience they have garnered through the generations will be a great opportunity to understand the coffee industry of Colombia. But it does not end there, besides from coffee, the region is home to places like Guatapé, The Honey River, The Cocora Valley, and even Santa Rosa hot springs. How to get to EJE CAFETERO

There are two ways to get to Eje Cafetero. The first is to use an airplane, and the second one is to use a bus. By plane, you can depart from places like Bogotá, Medellín, or Cartagena to Manizales, Pereira, and Armenia, the main cities of Eje Cafetero. It takes about an hour by direct flight. If you take a bus, you can also depart from Bogota, Medellín, or Cartagena which takes an average of four to nine hours.
